This property doesn't send any reminders and doesn't check in when the guests are arriving for their stay. If you accidentally book wrong date, they won't negotiate for a different date. They will take your money- full amount without you staying in the property. Very rude, mean staff, no opportunity to negotiate or explain. What will they loose for letting the guests (who have paid for wrong date) stay there rather than keeping their rooms empty. Wonder if it makes them happy ripping people off without service?

We have stayed at this motel a couple of times first time was ok but suitable for our stop over. However our most recent visit no one at reception on arrival I rang the internal phone as noted no answer after waiting more than 7 mins finally someone showed up no warm reception. Our room smelt stale and during the night there was lots of small cockroaches.

PENNY-PINCHING RUDE LITTLE MAN! Lots of huffing and puffing at book-in, charging different prices for breakfast from one person to the next. He tried to charge full price even though a deposit had previously been paid. Rooms were tiny. Kettle had to be filled with a cup. Just two cups were supplied with no glasses or crockery of any other type. Room started out fairly clean (though tiles were filthy around edges of bathroom floor; evidently cleaning is rushed). Daily cleaning was haphazard with carpet not vacuumed for several days and some days the toilet and sink were not being cleaned. Each time we'd go out, we'd come back to find appliances all turned off at the wall—and unplugged on one occasion—in an effort to save a few pennies. Upon arrival, even the air-conditioner was turned off at the wall meaning we had to climb on a chair before using it. Milk was not replenished regularly. During our stay, he was observed huffing around the place, including at breakfast time, refusing to smile, make eye contact, or interact in any way. Very unpleasant. We won't be returning.
